I am authorized to
use the credit card I am using for this purchase and I am at least 16 years
old. I will take steps so that no accidental chargebacks occur by
ensuring that whoever receives the credit card statement is aware of this
purchase.
I understand that,
"SEITZ TECHNOLOGIES" will
show up on my credit card statement.
In the event of a mistaken chargeback, I agree to pay a $30 processing fee
in addition to the original invoice amount. I understand that we have a
LIMITED REFUND POLICY and that SHIPPING fees are NEVER
refunded.
Restocking Fee
In the event of a return for refund, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
Shipping is non-refundable. No refunds after 30 days.
Processing Time
Your order can be
expected to be processed within approximately 24-48 hours. The items
availability and stocking may affect this time frame. Processing time
may also be affected by problems with payment verification. Seitz
Technologies does not guarantee same day shipping. Orders are not
processed on weekends and/or holidays.
Warranties and Support
Seitz Technologies acts as a distributor only for the
products it sells. Seitz Technologies does not manufacture any of the
products sold online, therefore all warranties and support are limited to
the manufacturer. Upon purchase the customer
assumes responsibility for support, service and warranty through the
manufacturer. Seitz Technologies does not offer any technical support
on the products sold, nor offer any advice on compatibility of products.
Manufacturer must be contacted for technical support inquiries.
Limited Refund Policy
Products purchased from Seitz
Technologies may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date
for a refund. A 15% restocking fee with be charged for returns.
Shipping will not be refunded. Seitz Technologies will replace items
ordered incorrectly within 30 days for original invoice, the buyer pays
shipping on such replacements.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged to all purchases from
customers in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
